The Fabrication Shop is an invaluable part of being able not only to build the Race Cars in the first place, but also to respond quickly under pressure to necessary changes or to carry out repairs.

All the suspension wishbones, subframes, engine support bracketry and cooling systems along with myriad smaller items are manufactured in house within the Fabrication Shop.

We have the facility and ability to fabricate and weld titanium and aluminium as well as steel.

The fabricators help with the creation of the wind tunnel models by making fully functional scale suspensions along with other fittings necessary to provide the level of detailing required.

In a spacious shell shop, body shells can be worked on a purposely made body shell jig allowing easy access to the shell at any angle; this ensures that nothing twists whilst the numerous meters of tubing forming the roll cage are welded in.
